Microsoft Signs Licensing Agreement With ICRA

ICRA, the Internet Content Rating Association, has announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Microsoft Corporation enabling Microsoft to utilise the ICRA system in a range of products such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Frontpage.
One of the first comments to a German newsticker about Microsoft’s decision refered to an article from 1999 by Kristian Köhntopp, Why Internet Content Rating and Selection does not work. Mind you, I haven’t completely read the article yet but simply include it here to bookmark it for personal reference.
